OVERVIEW

The 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (Pre-YTTC) is part of the 200-Hour yoga teacher training program offered at Shivoham Yoga School .This is a short-term yoga course for the students who can't complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in the traditional four weeks.

Shivoham Yoga school offers you the opportunity to complete the 200-Hour Yoga teacher training course in two sections.These two sections must be completed within the year of commencement and the 200-Hour YTTC certificate will be awarded to the student once all the required hours, assignments and examinations are successfully completed.

The course syllabus follows Yoga Alliance Professionals 200-Hour YTTC standards includes Ashtanga, Hatha Yoga classes, Anatomy, Philosophy, Meditation, Mantra Chanting & Kriya Yoga.

On-completion of the first 100-Hour YTTC syllabus, You will be awarded certification or 100-Hour Yoga teacher training course program.

Our yoga teacher training course starts with a strong physical foundation, evolving into energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual practice.Our teacher training course is a fusion of Hatha yoga & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga .Key principles and rules of yoga are taught by the teachers of Shivoham Yoga and dedicated practitioners to gain in-depth understanding, knowledge and insight into the methodology and the effects of yoga practice.

The Shivoham Yoga system encourages function within an existing society, rather than against it or apart from it.This allows for deeper connections with the spiritual and physical beings that surround us on a daily basis.When individuality is inspired and oneness within the community is celebrated, the teachings become inclusive or infinite possibilities.

Note: At the end of the course there will be a written as well as Practical Exam and full participation is expected from students in all classes.Attendance in all classes is mandatory and compulsory, if you fail to do so there is a possibility that you will receive a Certificate of Participation whereas full participation students with receive Certificate of Completion.

Keeping the requirements of Yoga Alliance - USA, 100-hour YTT program follows an intense schedule where almost 6 to 7 training hours are assigned to some aspect of yoga.You may find the intensive but transformational training course.
